Americana and bluegrass at the D&H

CUDDEBACKVILLE, NY — The Neversink Valley Museum presents an evening of Americana and bluegrass music featuring Hudson Valley favorites Anne and Mike Baglione and friends on Saturday, October 26, at 7:30 p.m. at the D&H Canal Visitor’s Center, 58 Hoag Rd. (just off Route 209). Admission costs $7 general admission, $5 for museum members.

Baglione is a founding member of the bluegrass bands Tin Roof, Oxford Depot and the Jersey Mountain Boys. He has performed at clubs, coffee houses and on festival stages throughout the Northeast for the past 20 years and has made numerous appearances at Bodles Opera House and the Warwick Valley Winery. Anne Loeb plays guitar, bass, concertina, accordion, performs throughout the Hudson Valley, solo and as part of the band Breakneck Annie. She has coordinated the museum’s concert series for the past two years.

The museum is open Sunday from 12 noon until 4 p.m. through October 31 and by appointment. Call 845/754-8870 or visit www.neversinkmuseum.org.
