BETHEL, NY — The Dancing Cat Saloon goes all country this weekend, welcoming performers who are making their mark in Nashville and around the U.S.

On Friday, October 18 at 8 p.m. up-and-coming country star Ryan Broshear (“Let Your Redneck Out”) performs. He has opened for the likes of Merle Haggard, and Music News Nashville calls him “a talented newcomer” who will give true country music fans “a new reason to continue to have faith in the format.”

On Saturday, October 19 at 8 p.m., the Cat presents local favorites Ken and Barry Somerville. Blending contemporary country with rock and roots, the music of the Somerville Brothers reflects the influence of singers from Vince Gill and Restless Heart to the Eagles and Jackson Browne.

The Dancing Cat is located at 2037 Rte. 17B. Call 845/583-3141 or visit www.dancingcatsaloo.com.
