This rock opera was first produced on Broadway in 1971 when it broke new ground in its stage treatment of the historical Jesus Christ. Ensemble members, who will also perform in a pre-show cabaret, are Rachel Beals, Alex Miller, Brandon Morley, Martha Morton, Natalie Ward, Molly Scollo, Erin Sullivan and Natalie Ward. Bill Thomas is the artistic director of City Stage Theatre Arts.
