2013 season at Bethel Woods ‘rocked’

ZZ Top gave fans a chance to relive their younger days by playing hits from the 70’s and 80’s.

The 2013 season at Bethel Woods met it’s finale on Friday, September 6 to a sold-out crowd of very diverse fans.

The show’s opener, Uncle Kracker serenaded fans with songs like “Smile,” “Follow Me,” and “Four Letter Word.”

ZZ Top took the stage next performiing not only classic hits that fans of all ages love (“Legs,” “Sharp Dressed Man”), but also newer releases (“Chartreuse”) off their 2012 release Texicali.
The headliner, Kid Rock, made sure not to disappoint fans by opening with some of his harder rock and rap style songs (“Cowboy,” “American Bad Ass”) before moving on to his recent country hits (“Born Free,” “All Summer Long”). A show filled with an energetic stage performance as well as pyrotechnics had fans dancing in their seats and all over the lawn.
