CALLICOON, NY — Callicoon Creek Park Concert Series will begin on Saturday, July 13 at 8 p.m. Performers include Elizabeth Rose and Brewster Smith, and Doug Rogers and Hoy Polloy.

Elizabeth Rose (www.elizabethrosemusic.com) is well known to Callicoon audiences, having performed on WJFF, at the Tusten Theatre, last year’s Farmstock and for many fundraisers and parties over the years. Her one-woman musical comedy “Relative Pitch” was selected for the Obie-award-winning Mentor Project.

Brewster Smith has been a professional musician since the age of 12 when he played the drums for a wedding band. Later, he toured extensively with punk bands throughout the U.S., most notably Letch Patrol and Youth Gone Mad. He formed his own band, Brewster, in 1997 and has been recording, gigging and touring ever since.

Hoy Polloy is a locally rooted and sustained, music-generating affiliation with feeders in Damascus, Long Eddy and North Branch. They perform a mix of originals and cover tunes.
