HONESDALE, PA —Concerts in the Coop will present Coal Town Rounders on Friday, July 27, a hard-driving four-piece traditional bluegrass band that draws inspiration from all types of old-time string music. Their energetic and soulful live performances have earned the Rounders a rapidly growing following. In their own words: “We pick. We grin. We do it often.” The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and doors open at 6:45 p.m. BYOB. Donations will be collected at the door.

Concerts in the Coop is a monthly summer concert series at The Cooperage, located at 1030 Main St., arranged by John Kascht, featuring an eclectic range of seriously good music. The Cooperage is operated by the The Cooperage Project, a non-profit organization that seeks to build community through arts, education and good old fashioned fun.
