NARROWSBURG, NY — There will be a concert for Haiti conducted by Stuart Hirsch, music director at St. Peter’s Church in Monticello and founder of Archangel Airborne, on Saturday, June 23, at 7 p.m. in St. Francis Xavier Church. Archangel Airborne is a group of local pilots who periodically fly to Haiti with medical personnel and supplies for those who continue to suffer following the 2010 earthquake.
The concert will consist of spiritual and inspirational music, both instrumental and vocal. There will be a free will offering taken, and all proceeds will go to Archangel Airborne for its work in Haiti. Refreshments will follow in the parish hall at St. Francis Xavier Church.
