ROCK HILL, NY — The release party for the new CD “Take The Day Off: Escape With Jazz,” with vocalist Donna Singer and The Doug Richards Trio, will take place on Tuesday, April 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Bernie’s Holiday Restaurant, 277 Rock Hill Drive.

Singer, Richards and the trio will perform songs from the new CD. “Donna Singer is a first call vocalist... with an effervescent spirit and impeccable phrasing,” wrote @Critical Jazz in a review of the CD, and Midwest Record wrote that the CD has “got so much heart and passion that it’s unstoppable.”
