DVHS presents ‘How to Succeed’

April 5, 2012

MILFORD, PA — The Delaware Valley High School (DVHS) Drama Club will present “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” on April 13, 14, and 15 in the DVHS auditorium. Show times are at 7:30 p.m. on Friday April 13 and Saturday April 14, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday April 15.

The three performances will also feature a café where theater-goers can enjoy homemade refreshments, open for one hour before and after each performance and during intermission. You can also come early to enjoy the student art show presented by the DVHS art department.

“How to Succeed” focuses on the adventures of J. Pierpont Finch, a young window-cleaner who picks up a book describing how to find success in the business world. He experiences a riotous rise up the corporate ladder, juggling the promotion, the corner office and, of course, the girl.

Featured performers include seniors Robert Vargas, Anthony Reyes, Savannah Wilson, Matt Vargas and Shannon Baird; juniors Katie Kraus, Jaymarie Santana, and Kyle Brown; sophomore Jeremy Block; and freshman Matt Tidridge.

Tickets cost $12 for adults, $8 for students/senior citizens, and are already on sale. Reservations are strongly suggested. Visit www.dvsd.org or call 570/296-7373. Tickets will also be available at the door.
