LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The Roscoe-Rockland Garden Club, in conjunction with Liberty Home, Garden & Pet, Inc. in Liberty, will once again hold the annual Holiday Decorating Contest in Livingston Manor. Entries will be judged on artistic merit, suitability and eye appeal. There will be first-, second- and third-place awards for both private homes and business/public buildings.
Judging will be done on December 16, 17 and 18 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Contestants should make sure their lights are on. Boundaries for the judging area are Village of Livingston Manor, east on Old Rt. 17 to Quickway, Dahlia Rd. to Taggart, west on Old Rt. 17 to Burnt Hill Rd., Debruce Rd. to John Gray Rd., White Roe Lake Rd. to Skyline Dr., Shandelee Rd. to Lanza’s Restaurant. If you are outside this area and want to be judged, call 845/439-5523. Winners will receive gift certificates from Liberty Home, Garden & Pet, Inc.
