PORT JERVIS, NY — The UpFront Exhibition Space will host the Volta Trio at its December 3 Holiday Artists Reception. The reception runs from 6 to 9 p.m., with the performance starting at 7 p.m. The event will follow the Port Jervis holiday tree lighting at Graeb Point.

The Volta Trio is a percussion group based in Rochester. It performs regularly throughout the Northeast, including performances at Carnegie Hall, the 2011 MENC Eastern Division Conference, and the 2010 New York City PAS Weekend of Percussion and as soloists with the Eastman Wind Ensemble and the SUNY Fredonia Wind Ensemble. The performance is free.

UpFront currently has over 25 artists of all mediums included in the holiday exhibit. It is located at 31 Jersey Avenue.
