HIGHLAND LAKE, NY — NACL will present the final Deep Space Residency performance, “Where the Light Falls,” a site-specific dance theater piece by Norwegian choreographer/director, Einy Am, on Sunday, November 13 at 4 p.m.

“Where the Light Falls” is a site-specific dance theater performance by the contemporary dance theater company EyeKnee Coordination based in NYC. The performance elegantly merges the mediums of dance, theater, video and music to give the audience a glimpse into the world of a woman in a state of waiting and anticipation, peeking into a surreal world of memories, embracing both the beautiful, bizarre and serious. The site-specific performance will be presented in various locations of the NACL theatre space, and the audience members become invisible observers, guided through different prosceniums, peeking into a womans’ memories and hidden fears. Tickets cost $10 to $20; pay what you can.

Deep Space Performance Residency Program is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Council on the Arts, Sullivan County Arts and Heritage and the generosity of individuals in the NACL community. Visit www.nacl.org.
