MILFORD PA — Grey Towers National Historic Site, 122 Old Owego Turnpike, will offer a series of weekend programs in June. On Saturday, June 11, visitors can watch as the Lost Art Lacers of North New Jersey demonstrate their craft of lacemaking on the grounds of Grey Towers. On Saturday, June 18, at 5:30 p.m., the J’aime Trio string ensemble will perform in the tented terrace area. It is presented by the Grey Towers Heritage Association and the Kindred Spirits Arts Program. Tickets are available on line at www.kindredspiritsprograms.org or at Grey Towers. On Saturday, June 25, a Forest History Hike at Grey Towers will introduce participants to the history of forestry in America. The moderate hike, which begins at 1:30 p.m., will bring participants to the campsite replica of the Yale School of Forestry students who studied at Grey Towers in the early 20th century. Email greytowers@fs.fed.us or call 570/296-9671.
