LAKEVILLE, PA — The Lakeside Players’ new comedy, “Double Occupancy,” a madcap comedy about two sexy senior citizens, will run on Saturday and Sunday, May 7 and 8, at Lake-ville Community Hall, Route 590. The Saturday per-formance is at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday matinee is at 3 p.m.
Written by Lakeside founders Tony Schwartz and Marylou Ambrose, the play premiered at Ehrhardt’s Waterfront on April 12, when it was performed for 18 senior bus groups over three days. “Double Occupancy” is the first two-act play written by Schwartz and Ambrose, and a sequel is already being planned for 2012. The duo has also written a dozen audience-participation murder mysteries, which they perform locally and sell online.
