MILFORD, PA — Soprano Jessica Fishenfeld and tenor Scott Joiner, accompanied by pianist Eric Sedgwick, will perform music from light operas and musicals as well as traditional holiday songs at the Milford Theatre, 114 Catherine St., on Saturday, December 16 at 5:30 p.m. The concert is a production of Kindred Spirits Arts Programs.

Composers whose songs they’ll sing include Rogers and Hammerstein, Franz Lehar, Johann Strauss, Leonard Bernstein and Giacomo Puccini. Tickets for adults cost $20 or $15 when purchased in advance, and children under 15 will be admitted free.

Young sensation Fishenfeld, an award-winning graduate of NYU Steinhardt, has impressed audiences with her principal roles in traditional operas, contemporary works and light operas. The San Francisco Examiner recently raved about Scott Joiner’s “bright, arching tenor,” and the young singer has already sung key roles with the San Francisco Opera, the St. Petersburg Opera, Asheville Lyric Opera, the American Symphony Orchestra, and other top opera companies and orchestras.

Tickets cost $20 at the door, $15 when bought in advance at www.kindredspiritsarts.org or in person at Holy Crepes, 224 Broad St. Children under 15 will be admitted free.
