Liberty man setenced for selling crack

Sullivan County District Attorney Jim Farrell announced today that Adam Day, 22, of Liberty, N.Y. was sentenced in Sullivan County Court on December 19, 2013, to 6 years in state prison and 2 years of post release supervision for two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, class B felonies, by County Judge Frank Labuda.  Read more

Mountaindale man sentenced to 16 years
