Drug Arrests in Monticello

MONTICELLO POLICE DEPARTMENT FELONY ARREST PRESS RELEASE

At 2:00 PM Saturday Monticello officers stopped a 1999 mercury sable being operated by Darren Schubert on Forestburg road for failing to signal. Upon further investigation officers located a crack pipe and hypodermic syringes in the vehicle. Schubert and his passenger price were then arrested.  Read more

The NEW YORK STATE POLICE at Wurtsboro, NY announce the arrest of TIMOTHY R. SMITH, 28 years old, of Main Street, Bloomingburg, NY for Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the first degree, a felony, and Unlawfully Growing Cannabis, a misdemeanor under the Public Health Law.  Read more
