Former Middletown youth football treasurer busted

The New York State Police in Middletown announce the arrest of Charles Dunlap age 62, of St. Petersburg, Florida for Grand Larceny. Dunlap stole over $60,000 from the Orange County Youth Football League while he was treasurer from 2008 until 2012. Dunlap stole funds that were collected from the league to pay insurance for some of the children.  Read more

Scranton man, 75, crashes motorcycle in Honesdale

On 06/20/13 at approx. 12:59 p.m. the Honesdale Borough Police were dispatched to a motorcycle crash on West Park Street. Upon arrival, officers found the operator of the motorcycle to be 75-year-old William Evans Jr. of Scranton.  Read more
