Monticello police in conjunction with the Sullivan county welfare fraud investigation unit arrested Brendan W. Bellamy (41) of Monticello on Thursday 5/9/13. Monticello police arrested Mark A. Soldo (42) of Jackson heights, NY on Saturday 5/25/13. Soldo was charged with felony criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.
