Marlboro resident arrested following sexual contact with a minor
The New York State Police at Highland announce the arrest of Terence N. Toback, 22, of 14 Church St., Marlboro, NY for Criminal Sexual Act in the first degree. The arrest stems from an investigation into allegations that Toback had sexual contact with a minor. Following his arrest, Toback was arraigned at the Town of Marlborough court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Felony burglary arrest in Honesdale
On July 23rd, 2012 the Honesdale Borough Police Department investigated a burglary of a garage located on Overlook Ave. The victims reported that unknown actors entered their garage overnight and stole a large sum of various coins and currency. Read more
