Honesdale man arrested for violating order of protection

On 08-19-2012, at approx. 4:30 pm., the Honesdale Borough Police arrested Stephen Hook, 22 from Honesdale, for violating a (protection from abuse order) PFA. According to Borough Police, Hook was found on the plaintiff’s property on North Main Street which was a violation of the PFA.
Hook was arrested and arraigned on charges of Indirect Criminal Contempt before MDJ Farrell. Hook was later released on ROR bail.
