Grahamsville rapist captured
MONTICELLO - Convicted rapist Paul Curry, 38 of Grahamsville is in custody after 48 hours on the run. Curry, who was out on bail, awaiting sentencing in a 2011 rape case, eluded Sheriff's Detectives on Tuesday (7/17/12) when they went to his residence to arrest him on a warrant. Curry had violated an order of protection when he contacted his 12 year old victim. Read more

Pine Bush Man Arrested for Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child
On July 19, 2012, the New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Chase Bunt, age 23, of Pine Bush, NY. Bunt was charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child (felony) and as a Fugitive from Justice for a Sexual Assault that occurred in Bergen County, New Jersey. Read more
Liberty man arrested for selling cocaine
On Friday July 20th, 2012 the detective division of the Village of Liberty Police Department executed a search warrant on an apartment located on North Main Street in the Village of Liberty. The execution of the search warrant was the culmination of an investigation into drug sales occurring at that location. Read more
