Stabbing at party In Greenville results in multiple arrests

On Sunday April 28, 2012, at approximately 12:45AM, the New York State Police in Catskill responded to a reported fight involving a stabbing at a large party located at 749 Big Woods Road in the Town of Greenville, Greene County, NY. The investigation revealed that three individuals had been stabbed during a fight with a subject who left before the State Police arrived.  Read more

Improved streamflow forecasts for DEP

NEW YORK CITY — The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYDEP) has announced a new agreement with the National Weather Service (NWS) in which DEP will provide the NWS with up to $1 million to help speed up the development of state-of-the-art forecasts of water flows throughout the watershed.  Read more
