The Ulster County Family Violence Unit announces the arrest of Thomas W. McDonough, age 36, of Kingston, NY, for the felony charges of Rape 2nd, Criminal Sexual Act 2nd and the misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
McDonough was arrested subsequent to an investigation into an allegation that he had sexual contact with a 14 year old female victim in the Town of Saugerties. Read more

Cook, age 23, of 85 Wawanda Ave., Liberty, NY, for the felony charge of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree and the misdemeanor charge of Making a Punishable False Written Statement.
