DORIS WEST
Doris West of Roscoe, NY, formerly of Jeffersonville, NY, a former clerk at Jeff Pharmacy, Jeffersonville, died Friday, December 2, 2011 at Roscoe Regional Rehab Center in Roscoe. She was 85.
The daughter of Harold and Harriett Curtiss Buell, she was born on October 15, 1926 in Herkimer, NY. Doris was married to the late Walter Lewis West who died in 1998.
Survivors include her children, Maureen West and companion George Deckelman of Fremont Center, NY and Patrick West of Vestal, NY. Read more
MICHELE A. STORMS
Michele A. Storms of Milford, PA, a lifetime resident of the area, died Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY after a short battle with cancer. She was 53.
She was born April 2, 1958 in Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of the late Thomas and Miriam MacDonald Rossa.
Michele married John Storms and they were together for 15 years prior to her death.
She worked as a clerk for the Pike County Government in the Tax Claim Administration Office. Read more

Amy Elizabeth Sattler of Jeffersonville, NY, a lifetime area resident, died Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. She was 23.
The daughter of William and Kelly Hendrickson Sattler, she was born December 19, 1987 in Harris. Read more
ROMAINE B. PETENA
Romaine B. Petena, formerly of Beach Lake, PA, died Friday, December 2, 2011 at Julia Ribaudo Nursing Home in Lake Ariel, PA where she resided since 2007. She was 85.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward J. Petena on August 7, 1995. Read more

Jeanne M. McConnell of Honesdale, PA died Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center in Honesdale following an illness. She was 78.
Born May 7, 1933 in Honesdale, Mrs. McConnell was one of three daughters of the late Robert and Minnie Rude Cunningham. Read more
